| 02.09.25 | - First day arrangements updates - can be found in 'Letters home' section of the website
- Scaffolding well underway for first two phases.
- Suspended ceiling complete in dining hall
- Wall put in to form two classrooms on Key Stage 1 corridor
- Tunnels completed for access along the footpath along school building on Atkin Lane - panels added and lights in and working, access onto school site through Atkin Lane Gate, out of the side door at Atkin Lane gate for Year 4 and into the Key Stage 2 corridor for Year 5.

| 13.08.25 | - Due to isses with access and space - welfare and compound areas will now take up a considerable amount of the car park and driveway and this will be fenced off. Playground space is now only reduced by the scaffolding which will come out from the building about 1.8m and more where skips are located.
- As the car park capacity will be reduced significantly, there will be further restrictions to the use of the driveway during busy times. This will affect staff parking and TreeHouse pick up - all information regarding this is TBC.
- Further security measures have been put in place for corridors in school which have been discussed at length with Fire Safety officers from NCC - to ensure the safety of our younger children in main school and for continued use of the toilets for children across school while work is ongoing.

| 23.07.25 | - Project has been confirmed as approved and is starting as school breaks up and it is now estimated to take approx 75 weeks.
- A site manager has been allocated to be on site every day for the duration of the build.
- The first phase of roof works will be along Key Stage 2 - Yr 6 corridor. The scaffolding will be covering the whole of this side of the school - both corridors and Key Stage 2 quad will not be in use for pupils, staff or parents/carers.
- Year 6 are going to be housed in the Hall for the whole year. This will be divided up into 2 classrooms with partitions.
- PE will take place mainly outdoors weather permitting. Assemblies will take place in classes but accessed through TEAMs in other classes. Performances will take place off site with location TBC.
- Toilets on the KS2 corridors will still be accessible throughout this phase and cordons in place to separate the areas of work from the in lesson corridors.
- Atkin Lane entrance will still be used for coming on and off the site as usual except the width will be reduced significantly.
- Welfare and compund areas will take up the top of the main playground and this will be fenced off. Playground space will be reduced and timetables adjusted accordingly.
- The driveway gate will be in more use throughout the project for contractor traffic.
- During this phase TreeHouse parents can still pick up from the car park - this will change as the project moves round.
