Annual flu vaccination

 

Please check Parentmail to see a letter and leaflet regarding the Annual Flu Vaccination. The School Aged Immunisation Service will be visiting our school on the 18th October 2019 to administer the vaccination to children from Foundation Stage 2 to Year 6.

Please complete the electronic consent form for your child / children using the link in the attached letter.
