Brunts transition

All High Oakham staff are very proud of those children who did us proud during their transition to secondary school. This afternoon, Mrs Astle and local heads, attended a special final transition day assembly to celebrate the awards that children were given and also to meet with the children to hear their thoughts and views on their time there. There was lots of chat about the sports days, the lunchtimes and also how many children there actually were!!! What a lovely warm atmosphere - our children have made new friends already and are feeling confident about being the best that they can be as Year 7s in September. Well done everyone, I felt very proud of you all today.
